We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Under EU consumer law, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Shipping The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened food, treats, or grooming products cannot be returned.
